Rev-A-Shelf LLC and Peter Meier Inc. LLC recently announced the companies have signed an agreement under which Rev-A-Shelf will acquire privately held Lazy Daisy, a division of Peter Meier Inc.
Lazy Daisy is a line of lazy susans and storage accessories for cabinetry. Terms of the transaction include the Lazy Daisy product category and all products, tooling, patents and trademarks from Peter Meier Inc. which will continue selling its remaining product offerings.
